Refund & Dispute Policy
Last updated: July 2026
We want every order to deliver. When something goes wrong, here is exactly how refunds work. All amounts move within your wallet.
1. Successful delivery
Once data is delivered to the number you provided, the sale is final. Because delivery is instant and consumable, a successful order cannot be reversed — so please double-check the recipient number and network before you confirm.
2. Failed delivery — automatic refund
If an order fails (for example the aggregator rejects it, or the number is invalid), your wallet is automatically refunded in full, including any loyalty credit used. You do not need to contact us for this; it happens as part of the transaction.
3. Pending / delayed delivery
During network congestion an order may show as pending. When this happens we hold your funds and keep checking the order's status with the provider until it resolves. If it ultimately succeeds, the data is delivered and the charge stands; if it ultimately fails, your wallet is refunded in full. Funds are never lost while an order is pending.
4. Wrong number entered by you
If you enter a valid number that isn't the one you intended, the data is delivered to that number and we are unable to recover it. Please check carefully before confirming.
5. Wallet funds & payment fees
Money you add to your wallet stays in your wallet until you spend it. Processing fees charged by the payment provider when you fund your wallet are set by them and are non-refundable.
6. Raising a dispute
If you believe an order was charged but not delivered, contact us within 7 days via the Support page with the transaction date, recipient number, and amount. We aim to resolve disputes within 48 hours.
