What is the Emergency Data Reserve?+
A safety net you build by buying normally. Once you qualify, you can take data on credit up to a limit funded by the profit we've already made from your past purchases — so you're never borrowing money we haven't already earned. A 10% access fee applies, shown before you confirm, and the amount is restored from your next wallet top-up.
Do I need to apply for the reserve?+
No. It unlocks automatically once you meet the requirements — at least 3 purchases and 7 days on the platform for Bronze. There's no form, no credit check, and no one reviewing your account.
How does the welcome bonus work?+
Your first wallet funding earns a 0.5% bonus on the amount you fund, credited automatically once the payment confirms. It's one per customer, on the first qualifying funding only. It's ordinary spendable credit — separate from your Emergency Reserve, and it isn't paid on a payment that fails, is cancelled or is reversed.
What does it cost to add money to my wallet?+
A 2% service fee on top-ups, which covers what our payment processor charges us. It's taken once when you fund — buying costs nothing extra beyond the price shown.
What can I buy?+

Can I buy for someone else?+
Yes. Save people as beneficiaries — Mum's MTN, your Glo line — or send to any number as a one-off. Loyalty still accrues to your account whichever number you top up.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?+
Your wallet is refunded automatically, in full, and we email you to confirm. You're never left chasing us for money on a delivery that failed.
How do referrals work?+
Share your referral code. Once someone who signs up with it has bought ₦5,000 of data in total — however many purchases that takes — you earn ₦100 straight into your wallet. One reward per person you invite.
